FIVE young people accused of causing an explosion likely to endanger life have appeared before Burnley Magistrates.
The five, charged after an alleged incident in a phone box in Edgeside, Rossendale, on April 27, were all bailed to appear before Rossendale magistrates on July 5.
Nathan James Brown, 20, of Dobbin Court, Cloughfold; Phillip Brian Collinge, 18, of Halmot Court, Newchurch; David Lee Fallows, 26, of Clare Street, Burnley; and Howard Mark Heap, 19, of Foxhill Drive, Whitewell Bottom, must all live at their home addresses.
Brown, Fallows and Heap are banned from entering the Edgeside Estate, at Waterfoot, and Collinge and Heap must observe curfews.
A 16-year-old girl from Rossendale was unconditionally bailed by the bench until the same date.
