A SOLD-OUT charity night at an Accrington club raised over £1,000 for a meningitis charity.
A packed King Street Music and Sports Club enjoyed top-notch entertainment from local singers Sammi Jay, Lena Burnett, Gavin Young, and pop duo Splash, and the crowd dug deep for the Meningitis Research Foundation.
The cash was raised through a charity auction, a raffle, and club manager Christine Martin was delighted with the support. She said: "It was great night."
