CLARETS target Eddie Howe, rated at £1m by his club Bournemouth, has said he is happy at Dean Court.
Burnley made a bid of around £600,000 for the 23-year-old in March and the Cherries were bracing themselves for a follow-up offer.
But Howe said: "I've heard nothing from Burnley.
"As far as I am concerned I am staying at Bournemouth.
"As long as we are going forward and the club is ambitious then I am happy. But I am ambitious."
Elsewhere, former Claret striker Kurt Nogan has been put on the transfer list by Cardiff City.
Nogan, a £100,000 capture from Preston, has been told he can leave Ninian Park if the right offer comes in.
