BLACKPOOL schools are being invited to take "an imaginative and informative trip through time" by visiting Rheged -- The Upland Kingdom Discovery Centre, at Penrith, Cumbria.
The centre has developed an extensive education programme, including a primary school pack aimed at key stages one and two, covering nine national curriculum subjects.
There are three secondary school packs for key stages three and four, which cover English, Geography and Design and Technology and a GNVQ/VCE pack has been put together for students studying Leisure, Recreation, Travel, Tourism and Business.
