PRINCE Charles touched down in East Lancashire when he visited a nature reserve. The Prince of Wales landed by helicopter and spent 30 minutes strolling around the Foxhill Bank nature reserve, Oswaldtwistle. Crowds gathered as Prince Charles -- a keen environmentalist -- chatted to the public and dignitaries.
