RAINHILL High School pupil Lauren Morley was voted 'Athlete Of The Day' after winning three middle to long distance events in the Northern Championships at Formby.
Lauren was first across the finishing line in the 800 metres, the 1,500 metres and the gruelling 6,000m steeplechase.
Next step now for the 16-year-old Lauren is the National Championships at Crystal Palace later in the summer.
