THERE will be some strong arm tactics being employed on Saturday night at the Traveller's Rest, in Crab Street when the Grand Final of the St Helens Arm Wrestling Championships take place.
Competition is open to men and women in the St Helens area. There are three weight classes for men, lightweight up to 12 stone, middleweight up to 14 stone and heavyweight above 14 stone. The ladies class is open weight.
Entry fee is £4 to competitors, free for spectators with the weigh in time at 7-7.30pm.
