THE owner of the Warehouse Nightclub in Lancaster, who was remanded in custody following a police raid at the club, has been released on bail.
Mark Harding, 38, of Balmoral Road, who has been charged with permitting the use and sale of drugs on the premises, was bailed at Lancaster Magistrates Court on Monday morning.
Mr Harding's solicitor, Mr Trevor Colurn, told the court that he considered the original objections to bail as "bizarre and entirely groundless."
Magistrates granted bail on condition that Mr Harding live at his home address, does not visit Lancaster and does not contact witnesses.
