A BURLY flasher dressed in a leather skirt and fishnet stockings apologised after exposing himself to a woman in Halton cemetery.
The 41-year-old woman was visiting her mother's grave at the cemetery on Foundry Lane at 9.15 pm on Tuesday when the man hitched up his skirt and performed an indecent act in front of her.
The man is described as 6ft 5ins tall, white, around 40-years-old, 'rugged' looking, with crew cut style dark hair.
He wore high heels, black fishnet stockings, a black leather skirt and a black coat down to his ankles.
He spoke with a local accent when he apologised to the woman. Det Sgt Mark Salisbury said: "The woman was obviously shocked. This is clearly a very unusual offence."
