A WOMAN was followed through the streets of Morecambe and robbed of £110 between 1pm and 1.30pm on Tuesday.

The 30 year old woman was approached in a car park in Matthia Street, though she had been conscious of being followed before.

Three men walked up to her from behind and demanded that she handed over money. She gave them £110 from her pockets but was pushed to the ground and banged her head. The first man is described as white, 20 to 30 years old, of skinny build, wearing dirty brown trousers, a grey jumper and a baseball cap. He spoke with a local accent.

The second man is described as white, 5ft 2in to 5ft 4in, of medium build, 20 to 30 years old, light green tracksuit bottoms, a short sleeved teeshirt and a baseball cap.

The third man is 5ft 2in to 5ft 4in tall, 20 to 30 years old, of chubby build, wearing dark blue shorts stretching to his knees, a blue tracksuit top and blue and white pumps.
