BURY'S Young People's Housing Link (BYPHL) is raising the roof in celebration.
For it has been re-recognised as an Investors in People (IIP) organisation after originally achieving the award first time around.
Since it first won the accolade in recognition of excellent employee development, BYPHL has expanded to a second site.
The organisation offers housing, care and resettlement support to homeless young people between the ages of 16 and 25.
Regular skills and knowledge audits of the 11 paid members of the team, together with training evaluation, have helped BYPHL continue to focus on its comprehensive staff development programme and keep employees updated on vital issues such as changes in legislation.
Project manager Martin Chappell said: "Investors in People gives us a focus for our development and helps to keep us on target."
Becki Wilkinson of the Bolton and Bury Chamber workforce development team that assisted the organisation through the IIP process, said: "This is a well-deserved success."
