THREE times Formula One world champion Jackie Stewart was beamed via satellite into the Celebration of Innovation at Northern Technologies.
He joined a panel of speakers for a live debate on the role of innovation within business and industry that was attended by more than 100 company bosses from throughout East Lancashire.
The event was hosted by BBC presenter Tony Morris and the panel comprised Phil Burgess, managing director of Businbess Link East Lancashire; Vicki Lee, managing director of Advanced Pain Management; and Michael Taylor, editor of the North West Business Insider.
Event co-ordinator Mark Roberts said Jackie Steward had appeared by satellite at a number of similar events.
