IAGREE with everything Mr K Scott said about Blackburn Infirmary (Letters, June 20).
Over the years, I have been treated plenty of times at the Accident and Emergency Department and not once have I had any reason to complain.
There are only two types of patient -- a patient of casualty and being patient enough to wait your turn.
Most people don't have the second quality and take it out on the staff.
If they kept up with the news, they would know that all our hospitals are understaffed and overcrowded.
