A QUICK thinking boss saved the takings of his company when a masked thug rammed the side of his car.
Alan Pilkington, 55, was on his way to the bank with the takings from B and M Furniture in Oswaldtwistle when a ford Granada rammed into his Toyota Corolla.
A masked man smashed the passenger window of Alan's car and tried to snatch a briefcase containing the money. But brave Mr Pilkington grabbed the bag back before speeding off to to save the takings.
