HAVING spent a most enjoyable day in Sunnyhurst Woods, Darwen, on Sunday, June 24, which brought back many memories of how Sundays used to be spent, we would like to thank the Friends of Sunnyhurst Woods, Darwen Brass Band and all who put in a great deal of time and effort in making it such a successful day.
We hope that more of these events can be organised and be as well attended.
