THE problem of rubbish has raised its ugly head again.

A Tyldesley resident has three questions she wants answering.

Why do people who have alterations done leave their rubbish outside their gates?

Why do people leave bin bags full of trash in the back streets?

Why don't binmen throw them into the wagon when they're put at the end of the backs?

Some binbags are left three weeks and apparently the back alley between Primrose Street and Well Street is like a tip.

Any suggestions?

My proposal is if the binmen stick to set rules, get the residents together and clean it up. It's not ideal, but it's surely better than living in a dump.
