A MOTORCYCLIST received bruising to his chest and knees after a collision at the junction of Fleet Street and Dalton Street, Nelson.
Police said the accident, at 12.20pm on Saturday, happened when a Ford Escort driven by Richard Ramsden, 28, of Keighley Road, Colne, pulled into a side street.
The bike, a Yamaha 125cc, was driven by John Holmes, 27, of Clover Hill Road, Nelson, who was taken to Burnley General Hospital.
