IFAIL to see why Lord Archer should be banned from taking his seat in the Lords on release from prison.
Lying, stealing, raping and killing were never a bar to the hereditary entitlement to sit there.
Cries of 'No!' are sheer hypocrisy and, providing the Lords adopt the opposite view to his pronouncements on prison issues, we can all benefit from his experience.
