COUNCIL tenants in Leigh and Atherton are set to benefit from environmental and security improvements during the next three years.
Wigan Council's housing department is increasing the amount it spends on improvements to £6 million.
The money will be used to improve fencing and gates, create parking bays and driveways, upgrade street lighting and install door entry systems.
