THE recycling of newspapers, etc. by Blackburn with Darwen Council is a great idea and will benefit charities.
At last, our refuse bin will not be filled so quickly. A strong bag is provided for householders, plus a useful calendar with dates for collection.
I hope people will respond and make this worthwhile and a success.
