MEMBERS of the West Craven Committee will be asked on Tuesdayto consider an application to build a single storey extension for use as a lounge at 2 Oakfield Avenue, Barnoldswick.
Planners have recommended it for refusal stating that it would have an overbearing effect on the next-door neighbours and would block out their daylight and sunlight. In addition planners claim the roof design would not fit in with the appearance of the rest of the street.
