THE matter of our Labour Council being so incredibly skint that they are quite incapable of providing clean and sanitary toilets is just a symptom of their lack of knowledge and expertise in financial issues.
It is quite impossible for a successful local economy to be built on a foundation of gross incompetence and by those without even a basic grasp of the economic workings of a holiday town.
It doesn't say much for the political judgement of Blackpool's electorate does it? One can only wonder just when the penny will drop!
