GOLBORNE Asda is organising its annual fun day to make life better for terminally sick children.
Proceeds from the event on Thursday, August 9, from 10.30am, will go to Derian House Children's Hospice.
The closing date for nominations for the store's Local Kid Hero is Sunday. Parents and carers have been asked to nominate a child who has made a difference to the community.
The goalposts used in the Kick For a Million competition are to be donated to a team that has been using coats for goals.
