IT was art for charity's sake as Barnoldswick Art Group held their annual exhibition and sale of work at the weekend.
More than sixty paintings were on show in the Civic Hall, attracting visitors from throughout the area. Group members will, as always, donate a percentage of each painting sale to charity -- and chose to support Burnley and Pendle Hospice Case this year. Group secretary, artist Audrey Walker, is pictured showing her exhibit to Charlotte Crompton, 10, from Earby.
