SAINTS star Keiron Cunningham has pledged his future to the club.
The 24-year-old Great Britain hooker dashed the hopes of the Welsh Rugby Union, who had hoped to unveil Cunningham alongside Iestyn Harris at the Millennium Stadium.
Swansea are thought to have increased their offer to £500,000 for the player widely regarded as the best hooker in Rugby League, but Cunningham instead agreed a new deal to stay with the Super League champions.
Cunningham committed his future to the club until the end of 2005 by signing a two-year extension to his current contract.
