POLICE have appealed for witnesses to an indecent assault on a 34-year-old woman.
The attacker approached her in Paxton Street, Accrington and followed her along Brunswick Terrace before indecently assaulting her.
He then ran off towards the town centre after the attack at 3.40am on Saturday.
The man is described as Asian, 25 to 33 years old, 5ft 7ins, stocky with short black hair, and may have been wearing glasses.
He wore a white or cream top and was carrying a kebab.
DS Mark Rothwell said: "Anybody who saw this man or who was approached by him should contact the police.
"And we would also like to hear from local takeaways where somebody might remember serving him in the early hours of Saturday morning."
