EMILY Cocker, eight, went to hospital for treatment to a bump on the head and grazed leg after being involved in an accident with a scooter.
Emily, of Downham Grove, Burnley, was hurt when she was involved in the collision with a Suzuki Zillion 50cc machine driven by Kurt Patrick Tomlinson, 16, of Wycoller Avenue.
Mr Tomlinson was also taken to hospital suffering from a grazed elbow and leg. Both were allowed hom after treatment.
The accident occurred in Wycoller Avenue at 12.25pm on Saturday.
