CONCERN is growing for a Fleetwood man who went missing on Friday.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said 24-year-old Mark Keith Gamble of Oxford Road, Fleetwood, was last seen in the area at 8am on August 31.
He is thought to be driving a blue Ford Escort, registration H224 XRR, and could be heading for Darlington where he has family.
The spokesman added: "A recent family bereavement has affected Mark. Both the Police and Mark's family are growing concerned for his well-being."
Mark is described as white, of slim build, with short, mousy brown hair and blue eyes. He was clean shaven with a sun-tanned complexion.
He was last seen wearing a beige jumper, blue denim jeans, and beige boots. He is also known to be a heavy smoker.
Mark's family and the Police are asking Mark to get in touch, or for anyone with information about Mark's whereabouts to contact Fleetwood Police on 876611.
