THIS morning, I was reading a book entitled 'Beautiful Blackburn 1963.' As an 'ex-pat' I would love to know what has happened to our once lovely, clean and tidy town, which is now only a reflection of its former self.
My husband and I will, hopefully, be back in two or three year to see our families. Please, let us see some improvement when we return.
