RECENTLY, I wrote to Blackburn Town Hall complaining that the Boulevard has no seating and that the bus station has no toilets for passengers.
The reply was it would 'cost too much' and that there was 'no money.'
The route I use operates from 'L' stand and has no other picking-up point in the town centre.
As we are urged by the council to use public transport, I think the bus station and toilet facilities should have been improved instead of the waste on Church Street.
