WITH 14 weeks left to Christmas, Colne's Horsfield Community Association is already planning its festive activities at the Byron Road Social Centre.
The association's youth group, which involves children between the ages of six and 18 years, is preparing to present two Christmas shows on December 1 and 2.
Tickets for the first date will cost £2 and include pie and peas supper.
The second free show, which will start at 2pm, will be for local residents and will include mince pies, tea and coffee and a free raffle.
A senior citizens' party will be held at 4pm on December 6. Plans are under way for a Christmas fair and a kids' disco for youth club members will be held on December 15.
