ROYAL British Legion Leaders in Burnley were congratulated as the mayor, Coun Peter Swainston, marked the organisation's 75th anniversary.
He handed certificates to branch representatives and told them they deserved the highest praise for their work for ex-service personnel and the co-operation they had shown while dealing with Burnley Council.
