RAMSBOTTOM are looking to pick up their first points in three games tomorrow when they welcome Maine Road to the Riverside.

Mike Kelly welcomes back Warren Brierley, Mark Thomas and Dave Roach after they missed the midweek defeat to Salford City because of work commitments.

"We have need to get three points as soon as possible," said Kelly. "It was important we got a result against Salford City and but for Keith Nield making a mistake for their goal it could have gone either way."

After three defeats in six league games this season Kelly fears his side are slipping away from the front-runners in NWCL Division One, the league they finished third in last season.

"We have played six and lost half of those but hopefully we are having our bad run now. We just need the rub of the green a little bit."
