KEN Wright is looking for Chorley to bounce back from last weekend's 'disastrous' FA Cup defeat against NWCL Division One strugglers Maine Road.
But the Magpies will have to do so without the injured Neil Mitchell and Mark Schofield while Dave Sutch is unavailable due to personal commitments.
All three will be missing for the UniBond Division One trip to Belper where Wright wants his players to show a bit of character.
He said: "That was a disastrous result for us last week and there has been a depression around the club as you would expect.
"But I want the players to response to the criticism they have received and bounce back with a win at Belper."
The Magpies boss has received some good news that Paul Fleming should return for the clash while he is also hoping to boost the squad by signing a new player in time for Saturday's game.
And he'll be hoping striker Andy Mason continues to make an impression - the frontman has scored eight times in the nine games so far. Magpies ready to
respond to criticism
