BURNLEY Council officers are to ask a housholder to slightly reduce the size of a dormer extension to avoid affecting a neighbour's property.
The plan would see a two bedrooms and a bathroom being built in the roof space of a semi-detached house in Westbury Close, Burnley.
But the next-door neighbour told planners she was concerned the flashing from the dormer might lead to water problems in her house.
