THE remark made by Prince William about avoiding "spongers" when he goes to college was crass and insensitive.
Where does he think the money comes from to pay for his royal way through college?
Who will have to fund his way from cot to coffin? -- the British taxpayer of course.
Perhaps some of the less-well-off students will remind him that he comes from a very long line of spongers.
The sooner the people of this country learn to say "Goodbye, royal family, you are the weakest link" the better.
