A man accused of a lewd and indecent act in a public place and an indecent act with a dog had his case adjourned for two weeks.
Ian Griffiths, 46, of Edge Side Lane, Waterfoot, was arrested by police in Edge Side Park on Friday.
He was remanded on conditional bail and will reappear at Rossendale Magistrates Court on October 17.
