FOOTBALL fans of East Lancashire rivals Rovers and Clarets are being invited to take part in a silent auction to win two autographed footballs.
New Horizons, which raises money for Rossendale Hospice, has donated the footballs.
All that is needed now is people to bid for them by writing how much they want to bid for which ball, and include name, address and telephone number.
The highest bidder for each football will be announced during the Light up a Life evening at the hospice in Rossendale Hospital on December 6.
Anyone wanting to make a bid should send it to New Horizons, Rossendale Hospice, Cribden House, Rossendale Hospital, Rawtenstall, BB4 6NE.
