A BUILDER was hailed a hero after rescuing two screaming children from a blazing Clitheroe pub.
Stephen,13, and Vicky Korny, 12, were trapped on a balcony at The Buck Inn when neighbour Ronnie Townson ran for his ladder and climbed up to save the youngsters.
