A MAN and woman accused of murder both denied the charge when they appeared at Preston Crown Court today.
Neil Morrison, aged 25, of Euston Grove, Morecambe and Janet Smith, 42, who lives at Colchester , Essex, pleaded not guilty to murdering Andrew Lucas on July 13 this year.
A trial date was set for February 11 next year.
Smith was remanded on bail by Judge Peter Openshaw QC. Morrison was remanded in custody, with no application for bail.
