THERE is no such thing as a multi-racial society. There is only one "race." The human race! And there is only one Earth. Our Earth.

However, the national identity is larger than culture and faith. I emphasis the need for settlers to familiarise themselves with the customs and conventions of their adopted country, to learn the language well and so on. At the same time they should keep their traditional ways and both the host country, and the settlers, need to appreciate that people generally behave in the way they they are treated.

God is not interested in religious labels but in the way we behave. Extremism, which is the antithesis of tolerance, is wrong. If religion is part of the problem it must be part of the solution.
