IN citing congestion, pollution and unhealthy lifestyle for the fast food-munching back-seat kids on the school run Eric Leaver (LET, September 26) could have gone further and mentioned that the doting parents may well be killing their children with love.
When those kids are dropping like flies with obesity, heart and circulatory problems in their fifties and early sixties, they may not be thanking their parents.
It is a not a question of choice, but one of neglect of parental duty and common sense. Ask any doctor.
