REGARDING his concern over the potential abuse of the new religious discrimination laws, does L Lawes (Letters, October 8) not realise that, following the results of the 2001 census, there is now a specific entry in the census database to include 'Jedi Knight' as an official religion?
I suggest he puts away his lack of respect for religion, subscribes to the way of the Jedi and uses 'the force' to practise mind control on any police officer trying to arrest him for speeding.
