Striker pair Dave Yorke-Robinson and midweek five-goal hero Russell Brierley have scored 26 between them so far this season -- and Kelly is worried about the day when either of his hot-shots are injured.

He said: "I made a point of telling the players before the Winsford game that I wanted to see more of them scoring and then Russell and Dave go and score all six!

"I don't mind where the goals come from but it would be nice to see other players getting on the scoresheet."

He added: "At the moment we would have a problem if Russell or Dave were injured. As it is Russell has a suspension coming up next month."

Brierley has so far scored 16 goals this season and is well on course to get near the 40 he makes his target every season.

Meanwhile, Ramsbottom take on Atherton Colleries in NWCL Division One tomorrow, the first of two home games in four days that Kelly hopes will bring his side six points.

Kelly added: "We haven't played Atherton this season but they have their best side in years so it will be a tough test for us.

"But we are hoping for maximum points against Atherton and Newcastle Town on Tuesday to get us back up the league."

Dave Roach will miss the game with a groin injury while Brad Franks is rated as doubtful for the Collaries clash.

However Mike Langhorn is available after missing the Winsford victory.
