STINGRAY cameras are being introduced to catch road tax dodgers.
The cameras, which can snap a number plate at high speeds, are the latest armoury in the war against the motorist. Anyone whose plate when checked shows non-payment of tax will face fines of upto £1,000. I know people shouldn't defraud the system, but when the free world is facing the greatest threat it has ever met, chasing the car owner for cash yet again seems rather petty.
