BURY are hoping for a bumper crowd for Sunday's clash with Northampton Town after inviting fans to bring a guest in a special cut price offer.

Supporters can bring a friend to the game (kick off 3pm at Gigg Lane) for just £5. The guest tickets will be on sale from 10am until kick off, but fans must bring their season ticket/membership books with them if they take up the offer.

Entry into the Cemetery End is just £1 for all children under 16. Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

As for the match itself, Shakers boss Andy Preece is expected to pick the same 11 which beat big-spending Cardiff City so convincingly in midweek.

That 3-0 victory was the third home win on the row and the Bury boss is hopeful of making it number four tomorrow.

"It is a massive game because Northampton are down there struggling and a win would give us a huge confidence boost," said the Bury boss.

Sam Collins is fit again after missing the midweek win with a foot injury but will have to settle for a place on the bench, with Michael Nelson - impressive on Wednesday - keeping his place in the centre of defence.
