DARWEN: A 1.8-metre-high fence will be built around part of Chapels Nursery, Winterton Road. Blackburn with Darwen council's planning and highways committee will meet tomorrow to discuss the plans. The 1.8metre fence would be an extension of the fence which runs around neighbouring St James' CE School, and will provide the nursery with added protection.
