FORMER Tory councillor Sam Cohen hopes to make a comeback in next year's local elections.
He has been chosen to contest the Unsworth seat he once represented on Bury Council.
At the ward's recent annual meeting, Mrs Alison Roberts was elected chairman and Mr James Waters deputy chairman (political).
Mrs Flo Leeming is deputy chairman for membership and fund-raising, Mr Roger Thompson is treasurer, and Mr Cohen is secretary.
