ROVERS were again linked strongly with Liverpool's Robbie Fowler at the weekend in the wake of Marcus Bent's move to Ipswich.
Leeds United, Lazio and Rovers are all said to be leading the chase for the England international.
And, though no bid appears to be imminent, Ewood boss Graeme Souness is thought to be keeping close tabs on the 26-year-old's situation.
