A NEW police chief is now in charge at Todmorden station.
Inspector Mark McManus, 31, has pledged to work towards driving known criminals out of town.
He has been appointed to serve at both Todmorden and Hebden Bridge as the area's inspector to work in charge of both Calderdale towns and the surrounding districts. He takes over from acting Inspector David Booth.
